For all the shows at the STARSCAPES OBSERVATORIES, events conducted by STARSCAPES and the products sold through www.starscapes.zone, the payment can only be accepted in INR. Prices will be MRP and CGST/SGST and IGST, as applicable. Prices of such shows, events and products would be mentioned on the website along with applicable taxes. STARSCAPES has the right to increase, decrease, change such price without any prior notice. You are also required to note that the taxes are also subject to change as per Government notifications.

In case of international credit cards being used for any payments, the transaction amount will be converted to INR before the payment is accepted. Currency conversion charges may apply according to your credit card policy. If you have made the payment by International card or foreign bank issued card then you will be required to send us any government issued photo Identity proof of the country of residence such as Passport with Visa Copy, Driving license, Employment card or any other government issued ID proof of the country of residence.

We understand that your privacy is important to you and we respect that. We ensure you that we maintain complete confidentiality of the details that you have shared with us and will not share it with any third party.

For any purchase done from the online store of www.starscapes.zone a tentative delivery date/time will be given along with the order confirmation email. The exact delivery date shall be provided as soon as your order is ready for dispatch

a) You have to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself while registration on www.starscapes.zone

b) You should maintain and promptly update registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is false, inaccurate, incomplete or not current or if STARSCAPES has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, incomplete, not current or not in accordance with this user agreement, we have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to our website.

c) In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information), any extra cost incurred by STARSCAPES for re-delivery shall be claimed from you and you shall bear such expenses.

d) You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. STARSCAPES reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. Further, STARSCAPES also reserves the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders or before making delivery in certain cases. If upon confirmation, your details are found to be false (partially or completely).

e) You confirm that the address at which delivery of the product(s), ordered by you, is to be made is correct and proper in all aspects.

f) Before buying STARGATE OBSERVATORY show tickets or placing an order on STARSCAPES online store on www.starscapes.zone , you shall check all the information including but not limited to show timings or product description carefully.

g) If there is any delay in our shows, events or in the delivery of your purchase caused due to any natural calamity, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance, then you shall not hold STARSCAPES liable for such delay.

h) In case you use International card or foreign bank issued card for payment, then you may have to provide us with any government issued photo identity proof like Pan card, Driving License, Passport, Voter identification card, Postal identification Card (Aadhar) etc.

For all the products on the STARSCAPES website www.starscapes.zone, STARGATE reserves the right to limit the quantity/value of the items purchased by you and such other restrictions as may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit/debit card and also to orders that use the same billing and/ or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied. For all the shows that are conducted at STARGATE OBSERVATORIES, STARSCAPES reserves the right at its sole discretion to prohibit entry to anyone in such shows as it may deem fit.

You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of this website, including, without limitation:

a) Accessing data not intended for you or logging onto a server or an account which you are not authorized to access.

b) Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.

c) Attempting to interfere with service to any other user, host or network, including, without limitation via means of submitting a virus to the site, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing or crashing.

d) Sending unsolicited email, including promotions and or advertising of products or services;

e) You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this site or any activity being conducted on this site. You agree, further, not to use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including, without limitation, browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search this site other than the search engine and search agents available on this site and other than generally available third party web browsers (e.g. Microsoft Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox).

There may be certain shows or orders that STARSCAPES might not be able to run or accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any shows or order. Some reasons may include limitation on quantity available for purchase; errors in pricing or product information or certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department or any other issue which STARSCAPES identifies for not accepting the order. Some of the reasons for cancellation of shows may include maintenance of telescope, low visibility, poor weather conditions etc. However, in case of any cancellation from our part, we will notify you via email or SMS or both.

Once a ticket of show or a product is purchased then it cannot be refunded or cancelled. No cancellation policy of STARSCAPES is binding on all customers and is consistent across all STARSCAPES offerings such as shows, events, online store.

NOTE: In the event that the amount has been deducted from your account but the transaction has failed, we will refund the amount to your account at the earliest.

STARSCAPES is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the all its offerings. With regards to tickets purchased at observatories or through the online portal for shows at the observatories, STARSCAPES reserves the sole right to cancel any show. In such an event where STARSCAPES cancels a show, the ticket price will be fully refunded. This will exclude any convenience charges, if any. STARSCAPES does not provide the option of cancellation to the customer. Once a ticket is booked, it will be honoured as long as STARSCAPES does not cancel the show. Consequently, if the customer is unable to utilize the ticket, there would be no refund issued. In such circumstances, STARSCAPES will not entertain rescheduling of shows. Tickets are not transferable to different shows.

All shows, events, workshops, contests, or any other information displayed on www.starscapes.zone constitute an invitation to offer. Your order for purchase constitutes your offer which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed herein. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer in part or in full.

For the products listed on our online store, we have made every effort to display the colours and sizes of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. Packaging of the product may vary from that displayed on the website.
